Converse’s 健康及健康研究 major prepares our students to work in various public 和 private organizations to help improve the lives of our citizens 和 the communities around them. A degree in 健康及健康研究 provides students with the knowledge, 经历, 技能 for roles in various areas such as fitness, 健康促进, 法律, 道德, 以及公共政策.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment prospects are projected to grow 13% between 2021 和 2031. There will be approximately 2 million additional job openings during the course of the decade. South Carolina’s Upstate is host to several prominent healthcare 和 fitness employers.

与新, universal opportunities in 健康-related industries rising, Converse will position our graduates to be leaders in health 和 健康 fields.

A BA in 健康 和 万博地址的健康研究 University aims to prepare students with the knowledge 和 技能 necessary to pursue fulfilling careers in various fields, including public 和 community health, 健康, fitness disciplines in evolving global 健康 environments. The program combines a study in the traditional liberal arts along with indepth study into the various areas associated with health 和 健康.

By providing knowledge 和 技能 related to national health 和 健康 issues, Converse’s 健康及健康研究 major equips students to develop solutions 和 become effective leaders. 完成专业学习后, students will have mastered the concepts, perspectives 和 trends in the area of health 和 健康 和 will be able to evaluate the current 研究 in this area. Students also will be able to exhibit proficiency in employing effective strategies to communicate health care 和 健康 promotion while mitigating communication pitfalls.
